Seed Planting Details![]()
first step:Prepare one of the substrates:sphagnum moss,flower cuttings,sawdust, and coconut powder.Then scald the planting substrate with hot water.After cooling, squeeze out the excess water and set it aside(use hot water to scald the soil to achieve physical sterilization).
Step two:Put 4-5cm of sphagnum moss(sawdust can be used to create flowers)on the bottom layer.Spread the seeds flat on top.It is best to arrange them neatly with a spacing of more than 2cm.Cover the upper layer with 2-3cm of sphagnum moss.The seeds will germinate and sow.

Note:It should be noted that the container for planting must be permeable to water,and an ordinary flower pot will suffice.Don't cover it up to prevent breathing.The habit of seeds is to like warmth,moisture and breathability.The optimal growth temperature is between 16 degrees and 24 degrees above zero.When cultivating seeds for the first time,it is recommended that the planting medium is almost dry and then sprayed with water to keep it moist.The growth will be slower if it is dry,but the survival rate will be guaranteed.Seeds do not require much water to germinate.As long as there is a certain humidity,the germination rate of our seeds will be almost 100%.First-time breeders can contact us at any time and we will answer your questions at any time.The germination period of seeds is generally 30 to 60 days

Generally,the seeds will sprout and take root in about 20-40 days after planting when the temperature is suitable.Do not turn them over at this time.When the radicle grows to about 3 cm (about 45 days),transplant the seedlings for the first time and move the seedlings to nutrient soil. The seeds can be exposed to the soil surface.All the roots are buried and a small amount of base fertilizer is added.After transplanting,the seeds should be watered once. After a few days,the seedlings will gradually receive light. Note when raising seedlings:Direct sunlight will burn the leaves.If you want to bask in the sun, you need to use a sunshade net or gauze curtain to cover it. Pay attention to semi-shade breeding, pay attention to ventilation,and do not over-water when watering every time it dries out.

- Easily grown in bright filtered light with shade from the hot sun in well-drained soils. Water freely in summer and allow to dry for winter. The soil should be moist until the flower stalk reaches 6 inches then water normally.
- Apply a balanced liquid fertilizer weekly when in growth up to flower bud formation.Virtually disease free.Keep an eye out for mealybugs. Root rot, yellow spots on the leaves, or failure to form
- a flowering stalk may occur if too much water is provided.
- Best flower production when the plant is potbound. However, it should be repotted every 3-4 years in late winter or early spring. Take care to untangle the roots carefully as Nafal Lily resents root disturbance.
- Propagate by seed at 60-70%F (16-21°C) as soon as ripe or by division in late winter or early spring

About color difference
Photos taken of fresh plants record the current state of orchid seedlings.Plants grow and change every day,and the colors of the four seasons will also be different.Color deviations may occur due to factors such as shooting lighting and angles.The actual product shall prevail.
About feeding
1.The temperature should be controlled between 16-21°C;
2.The growing environment must have a certain humidity. Excessive humidity is not conducive to the formation of roots;
3.For old orchids, the lighting should be appropriate, the light should be soft and even, and exposure to strong light should be avoided. Young seedlings must avoid strong light and be raised in semi-shade.
